Texas Aces Stuck on 2nd Place
For the third tournament in a row, the Texas Aces finished in 2nd place. They just can't seem to come out ahead in the championship game. But getting there is half the battle, and the season has only just begun! Similar to the previous tournament, the Texas Aces only saw two of the teams entered in the tournament, although there were others there! And, once again, they lost to the 1st place team once in a pool game, and twice in bracket games, although Galveston did allow the Texas Aces to run-rule them in the championship game, thus forcing an IF-game, as they pitched their weaker pitcher. Galveston must have wanted to play at least two games for the drive.
