Texas
Aces Qualify for ASA Nationals!
The Texas Aces had only one chance to qualify for ASA Nationals this
year. The Aces planned to attend the 14U Hall of Fame tournament
to attempt to qualify ASA Nationals, but due to school conflicts, they
had to cancel out of the HOF qualifier. And, since the Aces are
going to the Fireworks tournament, they will be unable to attend Texas
ASA State on July 2-4. The Aces played in the ASA Region 7 14U
Qualifier, and went undefeated through a field of 17 teams from Texas
and Louisiana. The Aces are now qualified for the 14U ASA
National Tournament to be held in Midland, TX August 2-8, 2004.
