From I-45, exit Monroe/Howard Dr. Turn right
(east) on Monroe.
At the first light (1/2 block), Monroe merges into Winker.
Continue on Winkler.
When you cross Highway 3 (Old Galveston Road), Winkler becomes S.
Richey St.
Continue on S. Richey St. past the light at Flagstone Terrace (to the
left).
Turn right at the light at Queens Rd.
The complex will be on your left.
