2012-2013 Tryouts 12U ~ 14U ~ 16U ~ Gold The Texas Aces Express announces tryouts for its nationally recognized program.  Our Gold team has qualified for Gold Nationals 4 out of the last 5 years, including this past season.  14U & 16U qualified for ASA Nationals this past season as well. 14U, 16U and Gold McCorkle will be hosting tryouts at Imperial Park in Sugar Land, Texas, as follows: 16U  Futures Team will play a Gold schedule in Fall 2012, will practice along with the Gold team, and will compete in 16U in Colorado and ASA Nationals. Gold - McCorkle  and 16U Futures Team  Gold August 9th: TRYOUTS from 6-9 p.m. on Fields 2 and 3  16U Futures & Gold August 11th: TRYOUTS from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Fields 1 and 2.  Players need to be ready for evaluations at the start time of each position they play. Pitchers and Catchers- 8 to 9 a.m. Outfielders- 9 to 10:30 a.m. Infielders- 10:30 to 12 NOTE:  If attending Gold or 16U events, email Coach McCorkle at coachmccorkle@yahoo.com with the following information: Name, and 16U or Gold attendee Days/tryouts you will attend Class Year and School Positions Played 14U AE August 11th: TRYOUTS from 12 to 3 p.m. on Field 1.  August 15th: TRYOUTS from 6-9 p.m. on Field 3.
